There is a ceiling you can hit while using creatine. I just posted a thread about creatine. But any micronized creatine monohydrate that is pharmacutical grade is the best thing you can take. Unless you're looking for something pre-mixed with some high glycemic additive.

Yeah read this thread it really infromative. Also try going off creatine for a few weeks and then starting again, your body will get used to creatine sooner or later so you have to shock your body you cant just stay on it forever.

v12 is pretty good, supposedly it's just a copy of the original swole. Have heard though that swole v2 is really good, I don't really respond well to creatine so I don't take it anymore. I've tried everyone thats out there with a handful of them actually doing something for me

Do a search on Cell-tech.. I used it and gained 10 lbs in a couple wks. Mostly water retention though. Strength gains were there, however, as i increased my bench from a plateau of 245 up to 275. I can't say it is more/less effective when compared with other brands of creatine, because it is the only creatine product I have tried. If you are going to buy it, hurry up and get it now at gnc, as it is 64 bucks and an extra 20% or 30% off depending what store you go to. (the ones in malls with competing vitamin stores usually give 30%)

I would suggest you start with a cheap creatine and dextrose, and if that doesn't work then use the more widely marketed stuff. JMO though

Really have to say that Swole V.2 is great. I am suspicious of products that look overly-engineered, but this stuff worked way better for me than regular micronized creatine.
