The advice to have a proper diet is something that should already be completed before going on cycle. I tell anyone that before they attempt a cycle that they need to have reached their potential in more natural ways. Which of course involves diet, exercise regimen and proper rest. Your advice, while suitable for a someone without any experience, is not answering my question.
The EC delivery mechanism is supposedly more efficient but the cost per serving is out of line with competitive products. Since 4ad tends to aromatize to a small degree I am wondering if the capsule form is better or worse.
4ad is used to combat lethargy and lack of libido during cycle. It is not the primary ingredient towards doing a cycle.
