E/C/A stack is Ephedrine/Caffeine/Aspirin. I found that it works pretty well. It gives me a good energy boost, and makes me sweat alot more. I heard that Ephedrine will be banned from the US in a few weeks though, so you better hurry and buy some before it's gone

Xenadrine EFX did wonders for me. I couldnt even finish the bottle cause I lost too much weight. doesnt work in days thou. Think it took 2 1/2 weeks or so and some heavy cardio before I started to notice it.

best way to lose weight= eat right and run... i have less than 10% of the experience of anyone on this board, but that's one thing i do know...

I agree...good cardio, in the AM. Eat right, eat lean, and good luck. Also, maybe look into Clen.
