Iron question
I heard somewhere that Iron helps increase your red blood cell count. So how much should I use to help with getting a better pump? Also I'm already using Nitrix, would they have synergistic (sp) effects on each other? Thanks.

100-200 mg a day? I know that Iron is pretty easily overdosed. So how much is too much?

you don't want to exceed 60mg/kg of elemental iron per dose... you may see some toxic effects above 20mg/kg in a single dose (usually GI irritation occurs above this dose)... as far as a max for daily dose is concerned... i don't know if there is any actual information out on that... if i remember correctly you don't want to exceed about 200mg/day of elemental iron.
remember that simply taking extra iron will not make your body produce extra red blood cells... your body will need some sort of reason to produce more red blood cells (ie hypoxia).
