    EAS High Performance Betagen HMB & Phosphagen Creatine

    can i take this stuff on my cycle? my friend takes it and swears by it. i did a search on in and found mixed opinion about it. tell me what u guys think thanks

    Ive tried a lot of the brands out there and I can say not all of them are that great. I have tried betagen in the past and got gains for about a month and a half then hit a plateau after that. Im currently using Eas phosphagen and am satisfied so far.

    All i can say is that no matter what you are on, nothing will "out-do" and come close to hard work, dedication, motivation and lifting heavy properly. Did i leave anything out? Oh yeaah! and the most important thing....clean and balanced diet. Good Luck bro!
