I am currently doing a bulking cycle, but want to shed a bit of fat while still gaining muscle. I would do 30-45 minutes of medium intensity cardio on my off days, and want to include an ECA in that to boost fat loss. Also I heard ECA stacks have an anti-catabolic effect, is this true? Would me doing no cardio and no ECA help me gain muscle faster? Meaning, would me doing cardio with the ECA stack if I am eating 500cals a day 400gprot 300g carbs, eating every 2 hours? What would be the best ECA for me to take, if I should take one at all? My first priority is gaining muscle, so I don't want to compromise that.
