    flax oil.. or if you want to be onorthadox (god did i butcher that word) acctuly grinded up flax seeds..

    flax oil
    ground flax seeds
    fish oil caps or liquid
    nuts
    fish
    olive and canola oils
    all have EFAs in different ratios. personally i like fish the best cuz it's actual food.
