Directly after my workout i consume 5g of creatine then 30 minutes later while still keeping my pump going i take my shake. This has worked great for me but i was wondering if there are other ways that could be benificial?

i take my creatine with 50g of simple carbohydrates and my shake consists of 50g protein 50g complex carbs and 5g glutamine is this ok?
