How do you take a spray transdermal? like where are you supposed to spray it, do you have to rub it in and is it bad to put on somewhere that is hairy?

Spray transdermals aren't all that effective at being absorbed. The patches are better. There are prescription transdermal patches and the studies for those tend to show that the upper back is the best place for absorbtion of testosterone, followed I think by the tricep. For most products, the tricep (really the spot between the tri and the bi) is the best place for absorbtion. You really want the leanest part of the body and you want to avoid thick hair.
