Supplements on a trip?

Hey Guys
I am going away to the Bahamas and i need to know if i put all my legal supplements and protein powders in my bag will costumes search it or confiscate them ? i don't want to go spending big money and they ending up with them all being taken away

yes, they will take everything. protein is not allowed in a foreign country. honestly, i don't see how you can even smuggle it out of new jersey. that's gonna be tough to do. you could run the black market if you find a way.

I just got back from Jamaica two weeks ago today. It totally wasn't a problem. I would suggest putting it in your checked bags and making sure if you put it in Ziploc bags or something that you double bag it. If they scan your luggage and see baggies and get really suspicious they'd probably get the dogs to sniff it and when nothing happens they move on. Let me know how you liked the Bahamas when you get back, as I am thinking of going there in the near future. Mark

I went to Mexico with a tub of creatine. It went through the x-ray machine and they didn't do ANYTHING. If they open it tell them to **** off.

yeah but watch out. they got some dogs that sniff only for whey protein now. they aren't worried about drugs or bombs these days. it's protein you gotta worry about.
