    is caffeine anti-catabolic?

i just ran out of my eca, and my new order would come only about a week or two. Because of this, i've been taking black coffee before my cardio and training sessions. I know eca is anti-catabolic, but is caffeine anti-catabolic too? If it isn't what should i injest for my am empty stomach cardio, in order to prevent catabolism?

It is not anti-catabolic by itself, but when coupled with ephedrine it becomes a very helpful agent in being anti-catabolic.
