    taurine

    i have 1000g's of taurine powder. no scale. anybody have an idea how i can guesstamate to get 5g's? mucho gracious!

    Split it up into 200 equal amounts, that will give you 5 mg's.

    i found a scoop from an old jug of creatine. and it was a 5g scoop. been planning on gettin a scale for the last 2 months, just to **** lazy. thanks

    just use a teaspoon, it equals 5 grams.
