help with nolvadex

I need some help on how much nolvadex I should take? I got a good idea on the clomid but i have a question with nolvadex. And for how long? During cycle or just after?

Do a nolvadex search and youll find tons of info. on nolvadex bud. If this is your first cycle run 10mg of nolva ED throughout and 20mg ED during PCT.

**** i meant i need help with clomid not the nolva my bad. I can find alot of things on nolvadex but not much for cloimid.

Clomid is only for PCT. Take 300mg the first day after your cycle is over, then 150mg for the next 6 days, then 100mg for the next 7 days, then 50mg for the next 7 days, maybe 25 mg for the next 7 days if you ran an extremely long cycle.
