    Methyl-1-test

    If im planning on taking 10 mg a day of m1t, should i take it in 5 mg doses twice a day.

    I did better with M 1-T when splitting the dose into 4. I used a liquid though, which made it easier to do. With tabs, you'd have to carefully split em apart.

    The pills are more bioavailable than the liquid form of M1T
