Optimum Nutrition Amino 2222. You could benefit from taking them. Protein alone doesn't have enough. Contact All Sports Nutrition or visit their website. The website has a few problems right now so you may have to e-mail them.
i use sportpharma BCAAs.
Never taken any form of amino supplement bar glutamine you should get enough from a well balanced diet.if not supplement them

I usually guzzle down a few table spoons of that Liquid Amino after a work out.. helps big time for me..
