M1T results after first two weeks
-In two weeks I gained 10 lbs BW, lost 1% BF, strenghth gains increased, and lost 1.5 lbs of hair (i got it cut today). Ok - my first 3 days I took 10mg, and by the end of day three my lat pulldown and incline bench had already increaed in weight. Then did 15mg for 3 days and the final 8 days 20mg M1T. Showed major strength and size gains during the final stretch.
-I was dosing 4-AD through the cycle as well and ECA on lifting days
-My diet was fairly strict, kept to 6 meals a day consisting of a serving of protein and Carbs. 1.5 gallons of water per day as well.
-The only side(s) were I was abnormally thirsty and pretty **** tired on days 2-4. I took two 15 min naps in under one hour the second day!
-The pumps were intense especially in my biceps, hard as hell even on my leg days and while I was hanging out in class.
-Overall a great legal cycle, the gains were outstanding, primarily in my back and chest. 30 lbs increase in chest exercise and 40lbs increase in back exercise.
-I am starting my nolva 40mg days 1-7 and 20 mg 8-14
tomorrow along with milk thistle.
Hope this helps add to anyone seeking info on M1T, just be careful before leaping into M1T. I will post by the end of the week about maintaining my size and strength through the nolva.

Great results. Well done. I will be starting my second cycle of M1T and 4ad transdermal in one week, I hope to get similar results.

I've been on M1T for 8 days now. I've definitely had better workouts with some decent strength gains. As for size, it's tough to tell. I just had my cheat day so I always gain some weight. So you said you gained most of your size in the stretch run?? I hope that's the case for me. I'd love to gain a couple pounds of muscle this week!

i am on day 4 on m1t,cant say anything so far for strength and weight gain,feeling super FKIN tired,dont even want to study for exams,, also i am getting the 4ad transdermal,my freind said its good to spray on your nutsnac cause the skin is soft tissue and will absorb faster, any word on this??

About ready to begin the final 2 week cycle of M1T next monday. Just going to do it by itself (no 4-AD) and see what happens.

today is my 4th day on m1t and Yesterday(3rd day) i was tired as hell. I popped some energy pills and they didnt do anything. Does anyone have any suggestions of how to beat the lethargy?
Currently:
10mg m1t
20g glutamine
10g creatine
1 andro popper (1hr before workout)
2gal water
300g protein (whey, soy, and natural from food)
Im 201 lbs
approx 15% body fat

im on my 7th day ,i just added 4ad,also carbs been helping me allot,make sure you eat carbs!

Okay, I'm just getting into real heavy bodybuilding, i've looked and i'm sorry if this has already been answered: what adsactly is M1T? Is it something you could buy off the shelf like 1-AD and 4-AD? Who is a good brand? Thank you.

the lethargy was really bringing me down, i had 8am class's on tuesdays and thursdays , MWF i got 9:00 chiropractor appointment, and i was so dead tired,i didn't want to get up,i forced myself up thinking about you wont get mass if u lay around
4ad is helping me with the lethargy,
as far as results i go by mirror so far its looking real good, im not sure if the 4ad is kicking in yet but i take the 4derm in the AM, after workout and 2-3hrs before bed
i got 5more bottles of m1t and 4ad for future PH cycle , i stacked up just in case the prohormone ban is serious

This M1T cycle i added 10mg of methyl-5aa (in place of 4ad) to the 15mg of m1t per day and i must say this is one heck of a combo. I have virtually no lethargy this time and my drive for my workouts is throught the roof.
