detection time??

hi guys..i guess this question has been posted before..maybe? but i really need an answer for this..i have a show on 3rd and 4th of july..drug tested..and i plan on using ephedra,caffeine,aspirin. my question is..how long does ephedra stays in ones system? lets say i start my cycle this week..and stop 1 mth out from my show..will the ephedra be well outta my system from then? for ur infos..i'm pretty lean right now..i just wana get a bit more shredded and get rid of a lil bit more on my lower abs..anyone???? detection time?? tnx lots in advance.

Ephedrine's stimulant properties stay around for 3-4 hours until another dose is administered, but the alkaloids stay in your system for up to 2 weeks. If your worried about them showing up as methemphetamines, then cut your dosage off 2 1/2 weeks before your show and for two days drink 32-40oz of cranberry juice each of the two days. Then get back on your pre-show regime and you'll be straight.

Im worried about this too, i dont want to get caught for uysing ephedra if i choose to do so, so 3-4 days is the max detection time for ephedra?
