This is for members that want to keep track of a certain aspect's of their training/cycling and dont want it in the lounge or in somebody else's thread. I've had a hard time lately (may be age haha) of keeping track of what exercises/weights/reps that I did the week before or new idea's that I want to do the next time train that body part. We can keep a cycle log to keep track of progress and you can always reference back to a previous log to see what dosages and affects that cycle had on you.
This will also help keep you motivated and consistent......we will be watching
