    Had to drop the tren. 4 weeks is my max with that shit. From now on if i use it again after this meet, it will be in 3 week bursts. No more cycling tren longer than 21 days im speaking of Ace of course.

    Currently cruising on 300 test and 300 EQ
    Week 4 and week 3
    Week 2 up the test and EQ and run tren at low dose again and start drol and or anavar cant run dbol this close because of the painful pumps throw me off. Something like 50/50mg for week 2 on orals and probably week 1 also depending on how i feel
    Meet day im going with 100/100 drol and var 2 cups black coffee and hopefully some test/tren base.

    Gonna pound NAC and astragulus during this time also like alot.

    405 on squats felts damn good yesterday without any tren or dbol actually best ever. Deads tommorow gonna have a top set of 515x5

    I think I’ve decided to change up my cycle plans. Goin on vacation next week and when i get back ill only have three weeks to prepare for the meet. But it is what it is. My chest feels torn, maybe some micro tears in my right pec. Without wraps, my joints fucking kill me. I woke up last night and my left elbow felt like someone had knocked the fuck out of it with a ball pean hammer.

    Definitely gonna have to add back the dbol, i wont be able to bench heavy without it. Im currently cruising on 300/300 test c and EQ. I tried pause pressing 405 and 415 last night and the pain on the negative was fuckin terrible. Like real bad. I felt i had a little strength but the pain really draws it out of me.

    Thinking august first i will go back to just test and tren. Probably will add dbol at 15mg that week , next week add dbol at 20 and superdrol at 10. Meet week ill ramp up the tren to 300 and the dbol and sdrol just whatever i can tolerate im only gonna do the sdrol with the dbol about 10-14 days if that. I really dont know if i should keep testosterone high or just trt i really need all the water i can get to protect these muscle tissues and tendons. Afraid to throw in mast and definitely not an AI

    Side note: running this type of cycle i would never recommend as this is very sketchy even for a seasoned guy like myself. So in no way shape or form i would recommend this. Just an experiment

    Thank you AG, from what I gather the egfr is only a reference range associated with your creatinine levels. For a gfr of over 70 my creatinine would need to 1.2 or lower from what I gather from my previous years on my bloods and thats gonna be rather hard as my weight climbs

    Cruising on test at the moment. Size took a hit, 233.6 on scale dont look as “full” despite down in weight my sqauts are feeling damn good.

    Right at parallel
    New Mark Bell wraps arrived today, basically using a glorified ace bandage as of the present but they definitely help not as much as these red wraps i hope

    Leg press 8 plates, narrow stance high reps 12–15 4 sets
    Calf raise 2 sets
    Adductor 2 sets, 1 warmer , last set to failure

    Agreed not many, but i have seen a few this month. All well deserved.
    As for the body I mean im a much better improved version of myself. I made some gains in delts and arms this year , still major gains to be made tho in areas I’ve neglected. But I mean hell, i do it bc i enjoy it.
    Ive got 3 inches to lose on my waist and 3 inches to gain on my quads. Always room for improvement.

    Couple days into mini blast, so not much has changed. Tried posing some, man that shit is hard without a mirror. You can make or break yourself easily with just posing it doesn’t matter if you’re the biggest guy out there if you can’t show it correctly you will lose.

    “Back” at it last night

    5 days into cycle. Tren is at 100 eod now.
    Deadlifts felt heavy last night but i did manage to hit a PR of 515 for 4. Saved a rep or two bc i knew my back would appreciate it the following day…hit lats and traps half ass the DL took alot of energy after the 12 hr shift. For pre i did 10mg of sdrol and 25 mg of adrol, what little bodybuilding i did the pumps were pretty damn legit. My weight is 4-5 lbs of where i peaked last cycle. 12 days till meet

    Definitely not a good bench night, possibly the cns took too much of a beating the night before either way i was bummed out. Really need to hit legs hard but feel a rest day is needed

    Had a few workouts since , I may look maybe a tad leaner. My weight is down to 235 which sucks but I just cant find my stride seems. Upper body strength seems way off from what it should be something is just off.

    For instance did some standing military presses with a weight that usually doesn’t stall me out. Got to around 7-8 reps and literally it was like shutting a breaker off. Killed the power. I mean i like i felt my power go just boom and i had to rack it. Sounds like a CNS problem hell idk really something new for me

    I did a very mild upper body today and a moderate leg workout last night. Debating on just saying fuck it and rest until meet day.

    Some shit news. Got an email saying my meet has been cancelled due to low registration and dropouts. Seems a little fishy to me considering i know the person sponsering the event but its all good tho. Thats the last time for me. So nice of them to wait well past the registration deadline to tell me considering its less than a week out now.

    Dropping the gear for while and will maintain a 300mg test dose for my trt. And yes i know its high but I have to have it to even think about maintaining

    Had my first a BJJ class tonight. Lets just say the cardio kicked my frickin ass. Definitely out of my element there. It was good thing a small gym of free weights was in the back, I helped the owner/instructor work on his bench press form. Also informed him he had a 35lb barbell instead of a 45 ehhehe i knew when i unracked 135 something was off. When you benching as long as i have, you can just about tell 1 plate , 2 plate, 3
    Plate weight and so on. Very good experience tonight im eager to learn something new.

    Should be hittin legs tomorrow

    405x7 had 10 reps in me but damn bar kept sliding down my back so i had to end up racking very aggraavting when gym dont have a specific sqaut bar but fuck it im not buying one

    Back is healing so that’s progress.
    As of right now im trying to hold onto as much muscle tissue as I can. Im doing alot more cardio now and dropping weight. It aint nothing for me to get lean super quick, its the size thats hard. Cant have perfect genetics for both of course , well unless youre a pro and all you do is eat sleep train and take gear.
    And that’s the sad reality is, without the gear, you just aren’t maintaining serious mass unless you’re a genetic freak. In 19 years, I have came to the obvious conclusion and it has became reality. And i dont do well with reality but it is what it is.

    I do feel more normal with a higher trt dose plus low dose primo, for the record.

    May try and do some light back work tomorrow, a rehab in sense.

    Flat machine, few sets. Last set to failure. Insane chest pump tho

    Have you done mast with your trt dose? If so, how do you compare mast and primo? Primo worth the extra?

    I have actually and its a very small difference if any. I would give strength benefits to mast and cosmetic benefits to primo. As for the cost, for me its only a few bucks difference. I mean we’re talking 2-250 miligram so not much really. I feel like primo may round out my muscle bellies a little more while mast just gave more strength and more graininess in my arms. I think one would have to take each over 500mg to get a fair comparison tho

    Current physique. Not as lean as id like, not as big as id like, but hell, ill take it.

    200 test 200 primo. Low dose gets results. It just does. We dont need to run huge doses of gear as non pro bodybuilders. Its just not wise. Everyones goal should be looking as best they can with as little as possible.

    Look great all around! There's nothing wrong with keeping doses lower and healthier. I've done a complete 180 when it comes to doses over the years. The old school cycles simply are not healthy and really not worth it unless (like you said) competing as a pro or close to being one. Better anymore to just keep the test lower around 3-400, whatever you can handle without needing ancillaries and then add in dht derivatives that don't turn to E or dht. Just safer and healthier without question.

    Hell, I haven't run anything other than my trt protocol since about 6 weeks prior to my Uro appt last June. Of course my iron issue was detected then and I've been unable to up any dose until I get this totally straightened out. But if I was stuck at this dose I'm just fine. Feel good, holding good weight and so on.
