Day 38: started my new job today and wasn’t tired all day so I’m thinking I’ve been tired because I haven’t been doing much the past few weeks. Went to the gym after work and it was a shit show. Way too busy and I almost left. I stayed and did chest and it was much better. Shoulder feels better and strength was up a tony bit. Libido is just ok.
Still taking Longjack, Clomid at 100mg and Nolva 20mg per day

That’s the thing about coming off for me, too. Other than not being super motivated to work out and my sex drive diminishing (which is kind of good in a way; not horny 24/7 and checking out other broads when I’m with my girl), I feel pretty good. I remember getting really depressed off and on while on gear. I had days where I felt like the man and then days where I felt like garbage.
I’ve always had a temper and I broke a stool in my garage the other day after having a frustrating few days. I don’t think that changed much from before.
I wouldn’t expect to feel 100% for a while. I’m 4 months in and just started feeling more like myself in terms of libido. Like you, I kind of yo-yoed from 0 sex drive to wanting to watch a little porn to the occasional sex session the first 3 months.

Day 39: more of the same. No morning wood but not sure if it’s because I’ve had to get up early for work and I haven’t been sleeping as well. Sex drives comes and goes. We planned on having sex last night but she got home late and I was too tired to stay up so I went to sleep

Day 40: toughest day by far. Had a long day at work and came home to fight with my boiler. We had issues with it and I tried fixing it. Spent 6 hours last night trying to get it fixed and literally lost my shit. I cannot remember being this angry in years
Got it working finally but literally got zero sleep. Skipped the gym to fix the boiler

Day 41: Another challenging day. I didn't get any sleep so I dragged all day long. I did go to the gym after work and did shoulders. Was happy that I'm able to start doing an actual shoulder workout even though I'm still going light. I've VERY short tempered though and that's really concerning.
Day 42: Today was better than yesterday. Nothing really to report. I'm not tired at the end of the day and don't need to take a nap like I was doing before so that's a good thing. Did legs at the gym today but just kept it light. My strenghth is def. down quite a bit but that's not my focus right now.

Day 42: Struggling a lot with depression. I have so much stress I can't even describe. My financial situation is so fucking bad right now and my P.O.S. ex wife is taking me back to court for more money. She's a piece of dog shit. Went to the gym and did back and it was the most I've done since I've been injured.

Day 43: Having a really hard time tonight. I'm REALLY depressed like borderline not healthy. I'm just so done being kicked when I'm down. My financial health is crippling me. I feel like shit because I'm off TRT and I'm injured. My bicep looks like shit because of where I tore it. It will never look normal again. My stomach is beyond bloated where I look fat but I'm not. I think it might be time to just jump back on. I'm not at a place in my life where I can have another kid. Esp. where I may only have another 4 years paying child support and then to add a new kid I will be paying for the rest of my life.

Days 44-48: this week has been much better. My libido is coming back. Had sex last night and all was great. My shoulder is improving and I’ve been adding some weight to my workouts. I feel like I’ve leveled off at this point. My testes are about normal size and are def more firm Hopefully that’s a good sign things are recovering. I don’t feel terrible and feel pretty normal actuakky. Hopefully the libido will get stronger but def have had more desire the last several days

Day 49-51: We've been having more sex so that's good and bad. Being in the mood is not really happening and I almost need to force myself to have sex. Last night I never got a full erection. It was maybe 85% at most and it took forever to finish. The night before I had a hard time finishing as well. I've also notice that I'm not into the Kinky sex like I normally am. I'm praying this part of everything will change because beside this I feel pretty decent. I have been super stressed out but I do have court in 2 days with my ex wife so that is just always stressful. Workouts have been getting better and I'm finally getting sore again as I'm able to start lifting heavier weight with more control etc.

Day 52-53: Things went from bad to worse. Last night my fiance said she would give me a bj. My penis wouldn't get fully erect again and then when we tried having sex it went completely limp so we never had sex. This is obviously a major issue. I never have issues like this. Hoping it was a fluke but IDK. I take Cialis at 10mg/day so not sure what to do.
I had court today with my disgusting ex wife so I was obviously beyond stressed out. If this is a sign of things to come I will be jumping back on TRT right away.

Day 54: Today was a little better. I did back at the gym and I was able to add more weight for more sets so that's great. I'm not as stressed since court yesterday so that helps as well. No morning wood again and libido is prob. a 3 or 4 out of 10.

Day 55: I will start with day 54 we ended up having sex after I posted here. Everything worked perfect. No issues at all. I've had morning wood the past several days. Libido is the same. Strength is still improving at the gym.

Days 56-59: Sex has been hit or miss. it's really difficult to finish which is frustrating and my erections are hit or miss. I would say I get hard and then it goes to about 80%. that is frustrating. Overall, I don't feel bad at all. I really haven't lost much size either although, I've been taking a really low dosage of my TRT so my size has remained about the same minus a lot of atrophy in my shoulder because of my injury.
My strength continues to climb every week consistently. I'm starting to put some decent weight on the Hammer Strength machine. Back up to about 280lbs on the incline press. I could do more if my shoulder didn't hurt but I also don't want to push it. The only real pressing issue is my libido. It pretty much sucks. If I was single and not dating it would be fine. Fingers crossed that it will come back but it's been pretty consistent since I've been off. I will say when I eventually jump back on I'm going to feel like a fucking Super Hero. haha. But, I won't get my hopes it it's going to be a long time before that happens.

Days 60-62: Strength is def. improving. Did legs today and had a great workout. Prob. the best I've had in a long time. I need to start cutting in another week as I have a cruise coming up at the end of March. I don't think I've ever cut while not on gear so I don't know what to expect. I'm not going to go nuts but def. want to lean out a bit. Still no libido basically so that sucks. Been a stressful week though as one of my fiances clients passed away. Morning wood is hit or miss.

Day 63 - 71: Wow, the time is going by pretty quickly. Most importantly is my shoulder is really starting to improve. I started my diet for my cruise in 6 weeks. I feel pretty good overall. The gym is going good and strength is about the same. Not as strong as when I was on and not injured but I'm not frustrated at my lifts. I've been doing more to failure than I did before so going lighter but repping it out like a crazy person. haha
Libido is SLOWLY starting to come back it seems. Morning erections are back and sex has been successful but infrequent. We used to have sex daily but now it's prob. once a week at best. Time to change that.
I've been thinking of adding HCG to the mix to help boost Testosterone . I know it mostly mimics Clomid but was thinking of adding it back in for 4-6 weeks and seeing if it makes me feel any different. Fiance just started her period so she's obv. not pregnant. That said, it will take at an absolute minimum of 4-6 months. I will get blood work done in the next 6 weeks. (just started a new job and that's when insurance kicks in)

Days 72 - 76: Overall I feel pretty good. I seem to be putting size back on and a few people have said so. My strength in the gym is pretty decent and I'm happy with what I'm putting up. Testes are back to normal size, morning erections are every day. My libido is very slowly coming back but def. not where I want to be. That is the biggest issue I have right now is Libido. I started my diet for my cruise coming up but it is def. seeming harder to lose fat being off test esp. without Tren and Masteron . LMAO.
I was kinda thinking of doing a quick 5-6 week Test Prop. blast just to get me thru the cruise and then jumping off but I know that's a bad idea and will just prolong this process.

A big part of me still "wishes" I didn't have to jump back on - it's not fun being off by any means(at all) - but, a bigger part of me than not, still wants another kid. It is what it is tho, I'm still chasing off this heart BS after messing with my BP meds

The only real issue is my libido which is frustrating. We've been having sex but it's somewhat of a challenge. Erections are at like 80% or so and it can be hard to finish with stress of going limp. I'm not going to run a small cycle as that would just be stupid. Goal is to just try to get pregnant and then jump back on. I have 4 or so weeks before my new insurance kicks in and once it does I will get blood work done and do a semen analysis done.
Hopefully you get your health issues figured out.

Days 77 - 82: I can't believe I'm coming up on 3 months. Time has gone by quickly which is good. One concern is that I've been getting up 3-4 times per night to go pee. Not sure what's causing that but I'm hoping it's because I've been drinking a ton of water lately trying to lean out a bit. Been drinking a half gallon of water along with several jugs of BCAA's and pre workouts etc. So, I'm easily drinking a gallon or more of fluids per day.
Strength has leveled off and I'm OK with where I'm at. Libido is still a struggle. We've been having a good amount of sex lately but it's kind of a challenge. Erections start good but go down to about 80% or so and finishing can be a challenge. This is the biggest struggle by far and the reason I went back on last time. I'm coming up on 3 months in another week so around the 4 month mark that would be when things "may" start to show progress. Only time and tests will tell. haha

Days 83 - 87: 3 more days and I made it 3 months. Things aren't so bad. Libido is still lacking and that's still my biggest concern. We've been having a lot of sex lately so that's great but still struggling to keep a full erection. I have been dieting for my cruise but it is NOT the same while not on gear. I see changes which is good but not to the same extent by any means. Oh well, when I get her pregnant I will reward myself with a 16 week cycle. haha. I decided to take HCG and see if that helps with libido. I'm going to run it for 4 weeks and if I feel no different I will stop taking it. Just hoping to jumpstart my libido before my cruise.
Shoulder is about the same. Seems to be at a sticking point. Hopefully this isn't the new normal. That said, I will also get a week away from lifting when I'm on my cruise so that might be good for my shoulder. Yes, they have a great gym on the ship but I'm not going to worry about working out. Will be nice having some time away from the gym.
I haven't been tired during the day or evening either so that's great.

Days 88-90: OK, so today is day 90. We woke up and had sex this morning and I could not finish. I literally lost my erection. It was never solid either so this is def. an issue. I'm going to get some real Cialis and see if that makes a difference but this can't be the new norm. I told her it's because I came off of test and this is one of the issues. She wasn't mad just wanted to make sure it wasn't her. Other than that I feel OK. Dieting sucks while not on gear as changes aren't really happening. I've dropped 3.5 pounds which is good but I def. look nowehere like I did in the summer.

Days 91 - 97: I'm feeling more normal which has been great. Libido seems to be improving. Been looking at porn again so that's healthy. haha. It is much harder to get shredded without gear. Granted, I haven't gone crazy trying to really shred before my cruise but I have been dieting. I'm down like 7lbs. or so and I'm OK with that. Almost makes me wonder if it's worth going back on after or just running a cycle or two per year and staying off. Problem with that though is obviously the ups and downs. I will get blood work done next month and see where everything is at.
Been consistent with the gym and just doing moderate weight. I've gotten a bit stronger but haven't been pushing anything. No pregnancy as of yet reported but I don't expect anything until month 6 or later. After I get my blood work done I will do a semen analysis as well and see if anything is going on there.

Days 98-104: Wow, I've made it past 100 DAYS!!!!!! Def. feeling better and this past week my libido has been way up. We've been having sex pretty much daily which is fun. We have 1 more week and we're away for a week on a cruise. CANNOT WAIT!!!!! I will report that she is late on her period by about a week. Not sure what's going on there but it is concerning because she has been drinking a lot the past 2 weeks. Plus, with the cruise coming up we obv. will cancel the drink pkg if she's pregnant. We're hoping she's not esp. right before vacation. We had a lot of drinking planned. haha. She will take a pregnancy test prob. Monday if her period hasn't started. Let's hope she doesn't have her period during our vacation. UGHHHH.
My strength has leveled off and it's def. much lower than when I was on and losing weight is FUCKING HARD. haha. I def. don't look as good as I did when running a cycle or being on but it's all a process.

Days 105 - 125: Wow, I can't believe it's been just over 4 months since I've come off. I'm going to get blood work done in the next 2 or so weeks I'm just waiting for my new insurance card and then I will see where my levels are. I've still been taking 50mg Clomid per day. My Libido is a little bit better not great but better than it was. Erections are still at around 80% or so. Everything else is working as it should. I'm guessing that at this point I'm hoping to be making some floaters. I will do a semen analysis within the next month or two if we don't have a pregnancy. I cannot wait to get back on though because I def. feel a lot better when on but it is convenient not having to inject all the time. Strength in the gym has leveled off. Def. not as strong as I was when I'm on but I expected that. My shoulder is getting a bit better too so that's encouraging.
