    Im on 100mg week tren and it’s pretty tolerable. Sides are manageable it’s easier in winter time also. You will be back at it like normal in a few days

    Covid has kicked me in this time. Had it October 2022 nowhere near as bad as this time.
    Chest throat and sinuses still fucked. Just feel lethargic but that’s starting to wear off.
    Decided I couldn’t wait any longer so trained last night, only light cardio

    Cross trainer 20 minutes, light pace, light resistance.
