flu and fever during therapy..what to do now?

Good morning everyone, I have a fever of 38.5, broken bones and flu and 3 weeks ago I started a cycle of testo and deca.. now I don't know how to proceed!
I don't really know how I should behave?
Should I disconnect or proceed as if nothing had happened?
