Greetings,
I hope I can get some advice. I've done the research, spoke to my doc but I'd like to hear from someone who has done it. 1st my doc has gave me his blessing/script for one cycle(seven weeks). I've been working out for the last three months with slow results. I will list my prehistory, current stats, goal, what I have, diet, and new plan now that I start Test on Monday.
Prehistory
BMI 36
Started working out in November
weight was 240, waist size 42, height 5'11"
Did Cardio, free weights, & circuit trained

Currently
BMI 24
Weight 220, waist 38, height 5'11"
Cardio, free weights, pull-ups, push ups, dips, circuit

Goal
Fit enough for a triathlon after my pt test in june
BMI < 16, Weight 199, waist > 36
Ability to run 2 miles in 16 min, 15 pull-ups
60 sit-ups, 70 push ups
The rest will come if I'm in shape,ie triangular well defined body shape

Meal 1:
1 wheat bread, 2 eggs, 2 slices turkey bacon, 1/2 cup oatmeal
Meal 2:
Protein shake
Meal 3:
Veggies, Lean Protein
Meal 4:
Protein shake
Meal 5:
Veggies, Lean Protein, 1/2 cup rice.
Meal 6:
Recovery shake or bowl of oatmeal or peanut butter & honey(once a week)
(one day a week I do go out and have a dinner with friends but I try to keep it healthy)

Ok, would it really be under diet? I only ask because I feel like there is so much going on. I put it up here because like his friend I will be new to test. I have an ok diet but know it's not the best. The advice I get might help his friend. Heck he sounds like he is one of my friends.

It got good reviews on: edit, but I never know. I will let you know in seven weeks.
(3a-enanthoxy-5a-androstan-17-one) -300mg
As a dietary supplement take 1-3 softgels, twice daily, with 6-8 hours between each dose. Take with or without meals.
Do not use this product longer than 6 weeks without taking 6 weeks off between each cycle.

I'm 36. I have been working out longer then 5 months, just heavy for the last five, exercise has been apart of mylife style for many a years. I've practiced martial arts for the last 7 years. I've been routinely in the gym since September and lifting heavy for the last five. The reason for one cycle is he says my body should show better results for what I do, a cycle might just put me a step closer. I don't want to run multiple cycles straight through, my liver wouldn't like me very much. Pluse my goal isn't over development.
This is the diet my personal trainer had gave me with one cheat day. I understand your thoughts on training for the triathlon but it's a goal. I can finish one now, just not win but I will keep working towards it. You are correct on low test levels but after this cycle I go back to the gel, since it borderline.
Which brings me back to the diet, what would you change? I believe my trainer gave it to me based on my lifestyle & goal. He is in better shape then I. So I took it in and made it my lifestyle but I need effective. I'm not questioning my trainer from LAF but if you have something that is safe and more effective, I am listening.

I am very active 36 year old, been doing martial arts for the last 7 years. I've been dedicated to the gym since September and lefting heavy for the last five months. I have always been in a gym but I uncreased my one day a week to five in september.
I am borderline line low test, usally take the gel but since my doc hasn't seen much change in my body with all that I am doing we are going to step it up a notch.

I went through and read the rules. When I was giving the info I didn't know it would be a link, I just copied and pasted. I haven't asked anyone for any sources & I don't know what you mean by fishing. But I will preview all my info before I post it. that way I can see if I copied a link.'

Got ya & see what you changed, so assume if I copied that version I would be back on good terms? I didn't mean for anyone to tell me there sources. I don't personally know anyone on here and wouldn't trust someone who said I could get gear from xyz.
Advise on workout I would listen to but even that has to make sense to me. Sorry for the misunderstanding, still a newbie at this. Any recommendations on the best place to post to get the info I am looking for?
