just thoguht id post up my current work out to see what everyone thought.. i just want to note i will be tweaking it soon since i am finishing up my cycle (and i figured the body could handle a little more while on....
mon-chest everything in the 6-8 rep range)
dumbbell bench 3 sets
db incline 3 sets
flat bench 3 sets
incliune bench 3 sets
cable flyes 3-4 sets (depends on how i feel)
db fly 3 sets
tues --back
chins (warm up)
bent over row 4 sets
one arm row 3 sets
close grip pull down 3-4 sets
wide grip pull superset with barbell shrug 3 sets
wed-- off
(hockey day)
thurs-- arms
barbell curl 4 sets
hammer curl 3 sets
skull crusher 3-4 sets
tri pushdown 3 -4 sets
ez curl 3 sets
tri kickback (yeah i know not a lot of guys do this but ill tell you i love it!) 3 sets
and usually will throw in some concentration curls to really burn the bis
Fri- shoulders
seated military press (NOt behind neck)
seated dumbell raise
rear raises
side raises
shrugs
upright row (depends on how im feeling, usually they hurt my shoulder but recently haven;t bothered me)
Sat legs
squats 3 sets (bad knees) or leg press ( i usually alternate these two every other week)
leg curl 4 sets
leg extension 4 sets
calf raises 3-4 sets
lunges 4 sets
let me know what you guys think of this workout and/ or what you would modify.. as of now everythign has been goin good but my workout buddy and i like to change it up every 8 weeks
well off to the gym.... o also do abs mon wed fri (but that varies from workout to wokrout what i do...)
