Bro, look through the posts and you'd of found me. What you need? [email protected]. Problem is I frequent a few boards, train clients, schedule my other trainers and then I have a wife and 2 kids. Keep my addy though I am always willing to help.
Yoda is gone for a couple years from what I understand and Brazil was here for a bit - think he's still a member anyway.
Dumbells - I looked didn't find you - was just curious though - don't need any advice....
