    Abs, not enough training or not good enough diet?

    I workout my abs 3-4 times a week. I usually do 1 superset of reverse crunches and cruches that contains about 40 reps. Then I do 2-3 more exercises after that. I can see my abs allright when I sit down, but when I'm standing it just looks like skinny. I'm n ot fat, but I don't know if it's my diet or what? any help?

    If you want your abs to stick out more, then use resistance training with them as you would with any muscle.

    i do mine once a week, just like every other muscle.
