is one day on one day off the best routine to use? or 2 on 1 off 2 on or what.
2 days working out and then one day off, 3 on then 1 off works best for me. I have tried 1 on and 1 off but didn't see nearly the same results. My routine is like follows:
Mon - workout
Tue - workout
Wed - rest
Thu - workout
Fri - workout
Sat - workout
Sun - rest
