What kind of injuries are you dealing with?

Seems like everyone I know personally has some type of training related injury or injuries they're working around. How about ya'll? What's the problem, how'd it occur, how do you train around it, etc?

Tendanitis both elbows, Sore wrist for about a month, stopping my cycle start date. Would you guys let a wrist that you cant curl alot of weight or hold anything parallel to the body postpone your cycle. Ive been trying to let it heal but seems like it isnt getting better. running test cyp and deca for the elbows.

Just curious, would the juice help the healing process?

I tore my right pec for good. I did it wrestling years ago and now it is much weaker then the left pec and when flexed it looks way different. I really just learned to deal.

I have a herniated disk in my back, which prevents me from doing alot of leg exercises. I try to do some stuff, but usually cant go too heavy. Also my elbows kind of get sore, so i try to stay away from skull crushers, and if i do those I dont go too heavy either.

Front right shoulder, just from barbell bench pressing and military press. If I use dumbbells exclusivley no problems since it is a natural range of motion. I think it is just accumulated damage over the years not one bad injury.

Lemme see..at 21 i've had these inuries in the past:

    Torn right shoulder..damaged left shoulder
    Neck impingement
    Slipped disk(in neck)
    Chest: soft tissue damage(car accident)
    Elbow Pain
    Wrist pain
    Bicep/forearm strain
Serratus mini-Tear(while doing a clean and press)
    Hip pain
    Deep Tissue injury right quad
    Hamstring strain
    Quad/Hamstring tie-in strain left leg...
    Calf strain

Usually as i diet for a competition, the reduced calories and resulting reduced bodyfat puts me at risk for deep tissue injuries..this year(right now actually) i'm nursing pain in both in my lower back and, left hip.

Had my ACL replaced in right knee. Still doing therapy. I never liked doing squats and running until it was taken away. Now I can't wait to get healed.
All I can say is find a physical therapist you trust and tell him every thing that hurts, even the slightest bit. They can't help you if you don't help yourself.

two bulging discs in my lower back, arthritus in my neck, from football. Neck nothing to really work arund since I can't do squats or deads because of the discs.

I try to work as hard as I can on all leg machines to compensate for the discs

Left shoulder sticks out causing serious shouler pain on upper body sets. Tendonitis in my forearms from curls, Minor knee problems while doing squats and thats about it. Oh and right rotator cuff is screwed up as well (I can't throw a football more than 40 yards, which sucks for me)

Me and you both... Actually, its when I take 5 or so days off and come back lifting heavy where pressure is applied down on my palms, is when my wrist starts to hurt. Barbell curls, preacher, etc. And I also believe it was from heavy shrugs, 12 plates, and small wrists
