I am wondering I really can't do cardio in the morning. I get up at 5:30 Am to get ready for work. So is it a bad thing to do cardio at night. I work out at night around 6 pm so i would do my cardio after my workout around 8 pm is it really a bad thing or can i see good fat loss result anyways ? I do have a strick diet going.![]()
