4 sets each:
weighted pullups
Pulldowns
t-bar rows
barbell rows
hyperextensions
I've found that the single best exercise for building the entire back is deadlifts. After that i would say close grip weighted pullups or pulldowns. I also do dumbell rows alternated with barbell rows... and for trap development nothing beats upright rows supersetted with shrugs.
I personally don't benefit at all from tbar rows or hyper extensions.

Deadlifts, bent over rows, and wide-grip chins.
If you want a BIG back NEVER use a machine, stick to HEAVY free weights. Do lots of wide grip chins, BB rows, DB rows, free weight tbar rows, deadlifts
