OK, since jerkin it is a no-no before working out. I decided on not to jerk it for 2 weeks. No sex. No jerkin it. I know, why put myself thru the torture. lol. But lemme tell you. I have had the best workouts not jerking it for 2 weeks, plus my cycle of course test e and dbol. so i think until my cycle ends im only chokin the chicken like once every 7-14 days. Try it, trust me your workouts will be more intense........lmao :lol:
