Hey guys got a question for you experts out there. IYO, what do you think would effect me more, better, and give me bigger and quicker gains? Currently my schedule is to lifet EOD. I do 1 body part per week @ 5 or 6 exercises, 4 sets of each exercise to failure. Then repeat after the week is over. Or, should I run this routine 2x week instead? Switch it up and run 2 body parts a day, 3 exercises, 4 sets to failure, 2x a week. That way I am hitting all body parts every 4 or 5 days instead of 9.
The drawback being that I am only doing 3 exercises.
