About three months ago i took deadlifts out of my routine to mix things up a bit. About 3 weeks ago i started doing them again and my strength went up a bit. Now about 3 or 4 hours after my wokout my lower back starts hurting. It feels more like a back ache and not muscle soreness. I make sure my form is 100% but i might be wrong? Does anyone else get like this. Next morning i feel fine just a little sore when i bend over but i always got like that after deadlift day.The last thing i want is a back injury.
