    Squats

    OK heres the question....
    If I do legs like 2wice or even 3 times a week. Does my whole body get bigger cause of all the testosterone released or how does that work.

    No, without the proper exercise stimilus, the cellular mechanisms that mediate muscle fiber growth are not activated to the extent that hypertrophy occurs. Simply put, no stimilus = no response.

    2 times a week is pushing it. 3 times is too much.

    Very true, wouldn't go 3x/week. Any exercise that involves large muscle groups will elevate test levels, not just squats. DEADLIFTS!!!

    It'd be like taking steroids and laying in bed. You're not going to get any bigger! Your legs would gain something obviously, but the rest of you......

    Didn't NASA do that test?

    Once every 5 days max. That is if you are really working to failure you will need the time to recover and grow.
