Ive been working out like this for a while now after doing research on what makes naturally skinny guys get big...
Basically lets take Quads for example
ill do 4 sets of squats with 4-8 reps to failure, then superset it with something like leg extention or leg press to failure aswell. The burn and the pump i get from working out like this is insane.
For biceps ill do something like
4 sets of 4-8 of bbcurls to failure then superset them with incline hammer curls.
So far my strength has gone up on most exercises using this method of low volume high intensity training. What do you guys think?
