    Does anyone workout like this....

    Ive been working out like this for a while now after doing research on what makes naturally skinny guys get big...

    Basically lets take Quads for example

    ill do 4 sets of squats with 4-8 reps to failure, then superset it with something like leg extention or leg press to failure aswell. The burn and the pump i get from working out like this is insane.

    For biceps ill do something like

    4 sets of 4-8 of bbcurls to failure then superset them with incline hammer curls.


    So far my strength has gone up on most exercises using this method of low volume high intensity training. What do you guys think?

    I have done that scheme a few times as well and I liked it. However, I can't say I got that much growth outta the deal, tho it really upped my strength and endurance. If you are going for pure muscle hypertrophy and don't care about strength or endurnace, I would remove supersetting from any of you big lowwer body movements (squats, deads, stiff leg deads, etc). Or do it on a different day.

    for bis I do something like that. I'll do my first regular bi exercise 3 sets 4-6 reps, then go to barbell curls and do a superset

    I do something similar, but only for upper body.....
    Supersets are great....
