    sholder ****

    I seem to dislocate my sholder about 3 times a year for the last 4 years.
    is there any ting I can do (exercises) to help?
    I have done it about 14 times now and almost all upper bodie lifts hurt,but i can take it if that is what it takes. Any Advice?

    Surgery dude i have been there aswell you wont get any good gains if you keep going with an injured shoulder you will just hurt yourself more. and then oneday you wont evan be able to do a chin up or push up due to the pain

    see a ortho and make sure its a good one will be the best adivse u can get he will tell u your options open/scope surgery or rehab i've dislocated both my shoulders right one having surgery after about 40 episodes left one only 3 times and is back to normal without surgery.. u have to see if there is anything toren get a MRI and depending on how severe it is u can tell if u need surgery or not

    Just to play it safe, should go see a your doc, then you will probably need surgery.

    Shoulders are to be protected when you are young! Never do anything behind your neck. The best rule of thumb is to make sure you can see your hands peripherally when lifting.

    As for Dive, good advice to see a good Orthopedic Doc!
