    jumprope

I hate running, I do it sometimes but in general i hate it. So i started jumproping. Anyone else do that regularly? Its a lot harder than i remember as a kid. My shoulders get tired before anything else. But i feel like its a pretty good workout.

Some of the guys in my unit jump rope. I always said PFFF and continued w/ dumbells. I tried it and yeah, it does get your shoulders sore.
