How many times a week do you guys feel it to be optimal to workout the following bodyparts without being counter productive: Abs, calves, traps, and forearms.....
Abs and calves might be able to go 3, because of the highly aerobic genetic makeup of the fibers, but. . .
Optimal would be 2 for me.
Forearms and traps, follow in line with all your other muscle groups. 1-2 depending on volume & intensity
I train my abs n traps twice a week and have been seeing some good gains. Errthing else just once. I should probably do forearms more but I always forget.
