I went from a 3x a week routine doing 2 body parts per day, to a 5x a week routine doing 1 body part for 45-60 minutes. Talk about sore. My chest has never been this sore. I made the change about 3 weeks ago but never thought to post the info.
I changed it up because I noticed I wasn't getting sore like I used to. Three weeks in and I still feel like I did when i first started working out.![]()
