im running my first cycle, its t-400/ 1cc ew. and i seem to have a lot of energy to workout / my recovery time is quick, i already work out 6 out of 8 days. ( i do 3 days, day off, then repeat. ) can i do push-ups every night along with my sit up's ect, or is it best to just work my chest 2x a week on those days, thanks for the feedback.
