Why not take a week off and just do whatever you want. Forget your diet, your training etc, just go out and have some fun. Drink some beer etc. Come back after your "vacation" feeling refreshed. Dont go straight back into a balls to the wall routein. Instead start back using maybe 80% of the weight you were using for lifts before. Keep your diet clean and healthy and week by week up the weights by maybe 2.5 lbs maybe 5lbs untill you return to your previous poundage. I expect that the week after you will add another 2-5lbs and keep adding for another few weeks, breaking your plateau. Its worked for me.

i've done that before, and it worked for me. Try to just forget about it all, do stuff you haven't been able to do and just relax my man.

Take some time off and find yourself some good inspiration! The best I can see to push you past a burnout like this is watching Pumping Iron over and over and over again.
