What's the best way to workout your stomach?
I like heavy rope crunches and weighted crunches
good diet = good stomach
...hanging leg raises.....legs straight out. heavy cable rope crunches, medicine ball crunches, decline crunches.....there is a ton of variety out there, i often like to super set hanging leg raises with rope crunches or someother type of crunch
