hey you still doing pretty good compared to me I measured my bicep today and it was like 13 and the upper part of my leg was 21... HAHAHA I'm only 15 though it'd be creepy if I had 20+ inch biceps. Don't worry about how big they are just worry about how much you are increasing in weight and size will come with it eventually.

The only pump you get in your arms from squatting is from holding the bar, at least for me. Swolecat has repeatedly answered the "how do I get my arms bigger" question with simple squating. Legs are the largest muscles so when they are worked hard they release more testosterone in your body and cause everything else to grow more.

I'm assuming he's talking about creatine/prohormone type stuff.

do more tricep exercises than biceps as there is more muscle to grow being a "tri" cep than the "bi"cep.....
there are 3 heads as opposed to 2 ... but Im sure you knew that.
basically a dude who only trained tris and another who only trained bis who would have bigger arms in the end...the dude who trained tris..

2. The point he was trying to make is that you need to do hard, basic, core exercises that will encourage your whole body to grow, you can't have Ronnies arms on Johhny Deeps body

My arms are a muscular 21 inches after a pump but please keep in mind I have better than average arm genetics. I have pics for proof if need be.
Heres what has worked for me....5 to 6 sets of biceps and 5 to 6 sets of triceps done twice a week (not once)
Ive found out my arms get torched after only 5 to 6 intense sets done in good form. Ive tried doing only 6 sets once per week but it simply wasnt enough volume for me.
So eveyone is different. While guys like Swolecat can get by with 6 sets once per week I cannot.Go figure? One thing Swolecat has been preaching is using no momentum..YA KNOW...I train exactly that way. I never use momentum..It burns and I cant use as much weight but it gives results. hint..hint...

I can't seem to find the article but there was someone on this forum telling about 20"+ arms and saying that he had surgery or something like that done (if I remember right) and that he went back to 17 or 18" and he got back to 20s'+ using cable movements. Precisely one handed cable movements. The theory was that it isolated arms better and kept'em under tension longer recruiting more fiber than freeweight movements.
I think it was an article posted by Blown_SC in this forum or the lifting forum.
I haven't tried this thought but you may consider looking into it.
