Veins In Your Arms?
I heard that huge veins sticking out of your arms means you are lean well my body fat is 5.9% and I'm 15, 6ft tall and 160 pounds and I bench 245, curl like 45 with one arm, Lat Pullover like 320, lat pull down 130 on daily workouts, and was triceping 80 pound weight behind my head untill I switched to the machine with cables now I use like 90... I notice when I lift my veins pop out of my arm and by my elbow almost .5-1 inch, it either does it then, when I flex, or when I constrict the upper part of my arm. Is this a good sign while lifting weights... What does it mean??? (I don't use supplements EVER)

It means you're a vascular ectomorph. That's all it means.

Hell yeah, get them viens pumpin. I usually get a huge spider web on my shoulder when I do lateral raises and Im startin to get one on my bicep when I go heavy. A half to one inch, thats a lil much, unless you have like garden hose viens.

not possible. I was 6 foot 120 when I started pumpin iron. Yep couldnt even put up 50 pounds on flat. 10 + some odd years later all that has of course changed, to 6 3 225 naturally. But at 160 there is no way that someone at age 15 can put up 245 after training for what 2 years tops? and not "taking any supplements"
and 160 at 6 foot, yes, IS SMALL... gotta start somewheres... just like I did.
eh kid, prove me wrong

Hate to say it guys. But it is more than possible. I'll link you up to a post I posted last year some time. I powerlifted in highschool in the 181 & 198s. I posted the state records for all the weight classes. I believe there is a kid that was 165 and benching over 300. I have seen that with my own eyes though. You probably wouldn't believe me if I told you I weighed 180 at age 17 and repped 500lbs. but I did. Let me find the Link.

Oh **** hehe, and ontop of that let me add that I'm 19, and after I cut down to 153lbs a few months ago. I was still repping 260.

There's the link. The records may have changed as those are a year old. Hoping I still have the squat record though. Anyways, there is your proof. Check out the 114lbs. class. The kid weighed under 114lbs and benched 245lbs. That is also with a 3 second pause.
