    Question Workout Schedule

Ok bros.... I am still having this dilema. Do you guys thinks its best to do 1 body part per lifting day with say 5 or 6 exercises, or do 2 body parts per lifting day with 3 exercises per part?

    Example:

    Monday - Chest
    Wed - Legs
    Fri - Shoulders
    Sun - Back / lats
    Tu - Bis / Tris
    REPEAT SCHEDULE

    or

    M - Chest / tris
    W - Back / bis
    F - Legs / shoulders
    Su - REPEATschedule

Ive never seen a mon wed fri sun tues routine before, usually its just mon wed fri and skip the weekend. You could prolly try that. I think I get a better work out week if I do one muscle group in a day. I feel it isolates the muscles more and they get a better workout. I feel burned out by the end of the week when I do a two group per day routine.

The schedule basically states that I dont take off weekends. I just lift EOD and stay with that. I am hearing though that I can lift say chest 2x week because of the gear and the recovery times. If I can I want to. But, I also want to make sure that I have enough recovery time to get big as well.

AandF6969 (lifting partner) is about ready to do a gear cycle, he always talks in the gym about being able to lift chest twice a week and have mad recovery time. Talk to him more about that. He has researched that stuff more than I have.
