new programme
here u go posted awhile ago my old routine how do u think this one should go down
mon bi's & tri's
tue legs
wed off
thur shoulders&back
fri Chest
what u think

I wouldnt put shoulders with back because they use each other too much and you would not get proper pumpatude working them the same day. How does this sound:
mon: shoulders
tues: legs
wed: chest
thurs: off
fri: back
sat: bi's tri's
sun: off
It alternates muscle groups so you arent useng adjacent ones on consecutive days and proviedes an off day for more recovery and lack of other lower body exercises.
