Hi im 18 5,8 182 I,v been working out for the last 6 months. And iv seen huge gains, from benching 135 to 225[max], cearl 120 [10], is this good?? And all im taking is vitamens and i dont eat good. Would it help if i had a better diet of froot and veggies??I have a lot of people comment on how fast i grew musle. Would it help my bench if i did sqout becase i dont is that bad i never work out my legs only my upper body
