As my previous threads show im on a bulking cycle, eating every 2-3 hrs, working out 2 body parts a day for a couple of weeks then one body part/ day for a couple of weeks.
Its working great for me ive gain 10 lbs in 3 weeks! and its not fat, i still got my 8-pack, well i just wanted to post it up here bc i told ppl i'll keep them up to date with my routine![]()
