Here one you can try
1. Hanging Leg raises
2. Incline Situps
3. Rope Crunches
4. Sidebends
5. Hyperextensions
Do each exercise back to back without stopping after you've done all 5 in a row rest 1 minute then do them again. Do each one for as many repititions as you can strictly. Also the most important is your diet. Cut out all your junk food and eat a high protien low carb low fat diet.

bicycle crunches
3-4 sets of 20-30 I like to do abs every day but some people find it excessive
