i read alot of colomns and really anything i can find on lifting and getting big but i'm in a dilema i try to stay between 60 and 90 mins for my workouts b/c i have read that any more then that is counter productive?b/c ur body starts to produce cortisol and you actually do more harm then good...well i want some feed-back how many of you follow this ?i'm sure if ur on gear you can probably go longer w/o worry but right now i'm gear free (not by choice) but i am nevertheless ,so what's ur take on this do i stay between 60 and 90mins or do i push the envelope and go the extra distance?...i might want to add that i do drink a carb drink during my workouts (usually a gatorade) anyway thanks brothers!
